Processing Time:

You will receive a confirmation email once your order has shipped.

Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days (domestic)
Expedited Shipping: 1–3 business days (domestic)
International shipping times vary by country.
Shipping Costs:

Calculated at checkout based on shipping method and location.
Tracking:

Once your order ships, a tracking number will be emailed to you.
Delivery Issues:

SACRÉ Jewelry is not responsible for delays caused by customs, courier services, or incorrect shipping addresses.

2. Returns & Exchanges
Eligibility:

Items must be returned within 15 days of receipt.
Products must be unopened, unused, and in original condition.
Jewelry with customized engraving or personalization cannot be returned.
Return Process:

Contact us at contact@sacrejewelry.com to initiate a return.
We will provide instructions for returning your item.


Return Shipping:

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or defective item).


Refunds:

Refunds are processed after we receive and inspect the returned item.
Refunds will be applied to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.


Exchanges:

Exchanges are treated as a return + new order. Please return the original item and place a new order for the replacement.
